Welcome To My Website!

I received my M.Sc. and PhD degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in 2014 and 2016 respectively. My research was dedicated to development of a.novel co-robotic imaging technique based on transmission of ultrasound waves. As part of my PhD program, I was a pre-doctoral researcher at National Institutes of Health where I worked with a large group of clinicians from radiologists and surgeons to nurses to evaluate feasibility of using ultrasound tomographic imaging for prostate cancer diagnosis.
I received my B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, Esfahan, Iran in 2009 followed by an M.Sc. degree from Queens University, Kingston, ON, Canada in 2011.
My fields of interest are:

  • Robotics
  • Medical imaging
  • Computer assisted interventions
  • Mechatronics
  • Machine learning
